Not that long ago, I had a really good opinion of @1Password. But they are so aggressive with their subscription while giving the impression of being ultra polite and caring about their customers' hapiness, it now just feels creepy.

I was ready to buy a standalone licence for 1P7 Mac, but this experience with the customer "service" was so catastrophic I now consider using another app - like @EnpassApp or @bitwarden_app. Even if it'll worsen the security of my data.

But I don't see the point of buying the (allegedly) most secure product if it means being harrassed all the while by the people who are supposed to help you.
