      @Edu_Historian If you want to know the story of a [name redacted] kid, I can tell you mine: you have to fight for every single step in your education. You end tired. And if you’re not lucky enough, you’ll miss many of your goals.

    @Edu_Historian And the worst part in this is that I managed to attend the best schools during my education! The best high school, the best economics college in France (@TSEinfo). But as you said very accurately, those places aren’t made for kids like me. I experienced it the hard way.

      @Edu_Historian @TSEinfo (And of course there’s no parents to hug you, to tell you it’s OK to fail, that you’re still a smart person. Despite the extreme amount of work I put on my education I always ended disappointed by the results. And of course I’ll never be an university professor.)

        @Edu_Historian I’d say my story is just a story of many broken dreams. Broken dreams happen to everyone, but I imagine it happens more often to people with my social background.
