    @cantstopkevin For what I remember based on French polls, they ask a question such as "do you think you’ll vote for this election?" And I guess they weight the candidates votes according to who answered what to that question

      @cantstopkevin They probably also do some sort of correction (redressement in French), but at least in France, polling firms usually do not disclose the specifics of their methodology
