      @straightedge If I may add my own experience: I’ve tried different type of meditation in the last 5-6 years, and the one that worked for me was using the Breathe app on my Apple Watch I usually do two 2 minutes sessions each day, one in the morning, one in the evening, and it’s great

    @straightedge It helps me to focus, to gather my thoughts, to calm down when I am in an anxiety inducing situation And it’s "cheap" in the sense that you just need a timer (even if I also use some zen or meditation music at the same time)

      @straightedge And when I am in a particularly stressful time, I meditate even more during the day, with 2 min long sessions
