@causalinf @HWFencebreaker I’m afraid abuses are commonplace in this sort of startup organizations where boundaries are blurry: look at the dreadful record in the Silicon Valley in terms of diversity. In Europe, @RevolutApp treats its employees extremely badly.

@causalinf @HWFencebreaker @RevolutApp And stuff like free meals on the workplace, free gym, free this and free that doesn’t help – at all. I 100% agree with you: those bad practices have a multiplier effect with bad values. I’m afraid they’re widespread though, in a lot of firms.Permalink
