        1. I tweet mostly on three subjects: - economics - scientific skepticism (in French) - general LGBTQ issues and politics That being said, my account is "branded" as an economist account. After much thought, I have decided to split my account in three. 1/6

On this one, I will mostly refocus on economics: agent-based modeling, reproducibility, and so on. I will post my French content on scientific skepticism on @EcoSceptique. And I have created a third account for my political stuff (that I want to keep "private"). 2/

I will occasionally allow myself to tweet on politics and LGBTQ issues here, especially if it’s related to economics. But I understand that most economists don’t follow me for the politics per see and so on. This is why I’m splitting things up. 3/

Another reason why I want to split up this account is because my timeline is a mess. It’s quite hard for me to get economics content, or skepticism content: everything is mixed up. Having three different accounts will help me to have more focused timelines. 4/

I also miss econ discussions on Twitter. My horrible experience to finish this PhD probably explains part of why I tweet less about econ these days, but Twitter itself also has its responsibility. I love being involved in #EconTwitter, and I want to be back at it! 5/

I also want to push more forcefully for my ideas related to economics, including more diversity. It feels that if I am more focused (on this account) on economics, it will help me to achieve that. Have a great day everyone! 6/6
