    @Christine_Cai27 @causalinf I would say Sciences Po (Paris), Toulouse School of Economics and to a lesser extent Paris School of Economics are the only three French institutions that are "high profile" in the American sense.

      @Christine_Cai27 @causalinf I agree that in those schools, it is as hierarchical as in the US/UK. But they only account for a small amount of the jobs (and in the case of Sciences-Po and TSE, they don't recruit on the regular French job market).
