@matthew_wintle Not sure wether breaking Facebook is the right solution, but at least it’s a possibility that should be investigated. @guyverhofstadt (MEP) discussed this option after Zuckerberg met with the European Parliament. Europe can also break Facebook, even if it’s a US company.

@matthew_wintle @guyverhofstadt Microsoft wasn’t split in the 90s, but they did stopped their anti-competition shit. Being a monopoly isn’t necessarily bad, it’s the power abuse that is bad.Permalink
