If you’re French, don’t use @RevolutBusiness They have no notion of what a « nom d’usage » is, despite « nom d’usage » being a common occurrence. You will lose literal hours trying to make them, check notes, *use your correct name*. This level of incompetence is mind-blowing.

They put « usage » in my name. I kid you not. @RevolutBusiness is so oblivious of what a « nom d’usage » is that they copy/pasted the name in my passport and kept « usage ». And bear in mind that it was the *third* try. Absolutely ridiculous.

@RevolutBusiness I don’t blame the support agents. They are lovely and helpful, and probably overworked. What I blame is how a company such as @RevolutBusiness has decided to enter a market, and put apparently zero resources to make sure they can deal with the intricacies of local laws.
