      @AnthonyLeeZhang I agree that Twitter was bloated and too bureaucratic But almost all of the new features shipped were developed before Musk took over I think it’s too soon to assess wether the layoffs damaged or improved the company

    @AnthonyLeeZhang On the bureaucracy (which is a different question than workforce bloat I think), I think it’s already settled though: Musk has shipped features globally that were only available to a limited audience under the previous leadership He definitely cut on the bureaucracy

      @AnthonyLeeZhang (That being said, I wonder if a more powerful bureaucracy would have prevented the self-damage inflicted to the platform by Musk and his goons. Bureaucracy is not always a bad thing.)
