@SHamiltonian (On the fixed cost thing, I’m not sure how correct it is but there’s a scenario where EPR have such a high fixed cost because the Greens basically managed to destroy the French nuclear power industry. A lot of knowledge was lost and had to be rebuilt from scratch.)Permalink
