Joke aside I track my sleep with my Apple Watch + a thing you put under the mattress* It was super useful to see the data on how much sleep I’ve got on average during the last few weeks The issue was obvious and the correction easy to implement

*It’s a product made by Withings and I don’t have anything bad to say about it but after a few years of using it, I would argue an Apple Watch is more than enough
