    1. I’m wondering to which extent the overturn of Roe v Wade and the very likely subsequent overturn of other landmark decisions is a turning point in the way American political institutions work If SCOTUS is a partisan body it should be striped of almost all of its prerogatives

    More specifically I’m wondering to which extent in the future American federal politics will rely more on Congress passing laws than on SCOTUS making settle law that is not that settled
