    @FlavienGanter @PHuenermund To me what he’s currently doing is basically testing the water without committing to anything — which is exactly what I would be doing in his position Test a few things, see how it’s receive and iterate starting the feedback you got

      @FlavienGanter @PHuenermund Plus I would also probably do a build up of some sort in order to maximize the impact of any announcement Putting all his cards on the table at D+1 or D+2 would be really bad communication, strategy and overall politics
