    @usher_andrew @NicDuquette Considering both the U-turn made by Germany on defense spending and the close relationship Germany has with France, it’s a bit speculative but I’m expecting both of them to build a new « EU-driven » military force or something

      @usher_andrew @NicDuquette Probably not an army per see but something closer to NATO (integrated command chain, procurement, etc.) It would make sense to see this as NATO-like but without being NATO
