      @DavidUbilava Substack is basically a blogging platform optimized around email Email conversion (for you to have people to signup to receive your upcoming posts) and email delivery (which is *really* complicated technically speaking)

    @DavidUbilava But you can bridge and optimize a blog with a newsletter (I’ve done it twice, with good success!) And the paywall can also be implemented on a blog, so it’s really not that Substack specific

      @DavidUbilava But let’s say Substack offers an integrated and simple to use platform where with a blog, you’ll probably need to do part of this integration/optimization yourself – which can turn very time consuming, at least in my experience
