    It’s a deluge of EU criticism at this point Some were saying that France was isolated. It is not. And I’m pretty sure Australia will also suffer not just with its relationship with France, but with the EU as a whole. politico.eu/article/eu-chief-calls-to-reset-broken-transatlantic-tie/

      The US, Australia and the UK could have had negotiated this deal *and* offered some kind of exit to France They decided not to do that, and I honestly wonder which consequences this screw up will have on NATO’s future
