      What I rather do is to set "qualitative" goals, such as do something you love, be useful to others, get involved with things you are passionate about I’m also way more opportunistic, but like in a good way: embrace the uncertainty, the unexpected, the chaos even

    I’ve been doing all of this for more than a year now, and I don’t think I will ever come back It’s a marvelous mental and self-esteem equilibrium

      One example of that is going at the gym I don’t have *any* like "perfect body" goal I go at the gym because I like it, because it does a lot of good things for me physically *and* mentally Does going at the gym change my body? Sure. But it’s *not* the goal.
