        @etiene_d Same 😬 But I think the meeting was actually *way* too late and everything was already doomed to fail Diversity issues are not easy issues, and actually listening to your workforce (and not just writing about it in your books) is really hard

    @etiene_d I mean, you don’t have a third of your workforce leaving in a day just because you poorly led a meeting It was deeper, and probably brewing for quite a long time
