    @etiene_d @basecamp @jasonfried @dhh While I agree that this post is basically bland and not a real apology, I’d also argue that/ - what happened revealed much deeper issues with them and their leadership - if it’s sincere, they’ll need *a lot* of time to do this thinking. And imo that’s ok.

      @etiene_d @basecamp @jasonfried @dhh I’m reading this post and to be honest I’m not convinced They will need to take *real* actions in the future to show they actually did the "we will reflect on our actions" part But I think it’s just too early to tell at the moment

        @etiene_d @basecamp @jasonfried @dhh What happened probably destroyed their self-representation of who they are as managers, something that was there for a very long time (two decades) and deeply ingrained I think It’s cognitively hard to process such a change, hence why I think we need to give them a bit of time
