    @JustinWolfers Another dimension of this trade off is that at least in some countries (such as France), people want the Pfizer vaccine and don’t want the AstraZeneca vaccine (after the blood cloths incident)

      @JustinWolfers Is a cheaper, no margin vaccine that fewer people want a better option than a more expensive, with a margin vaccine that a lot more of people want?
