    @justuschatting @BurnerTrades @Jason @basecamp When a company with a super low turnover is losing *most* of its senior staff, some of them being there for 15 years, and 38% of its workforce in literally just a day, it’s a managerial disaster

      @justuschatting @BurnerTrades @Jason @basecamp I’m assuming you never ran a worldwide and fully remote company and so have no idea how difficult it can be to recruit new people in this context Especially after such an epic and public disaster
