        @viticci I wanted to send you an email about this but I’ll say it here instead: as a gay man who looked for a job in the tech industry (a place not really known for its inclusivity), it really was something to hear three white (straight I’m assuming) men doing this analysis

      @viticci Acknowledging your past mistakes and recognizing how *not* political those discussions are for people in minorities because those discussions are literally about our lives (and even if I’m gay, I’m still a white cisgender male, I still have a ton of privileges)

    @viticci At the end I decided not to keep looking for a job in tech, many reasons were behind this decision but one of them was a lack of safety for somebody who belongs to a minority like me When I heard your episode, it *really* gave me hope that things are getting better 🙏🏻

      @viticci (I’ve been a MacStories reader and listener for years and I recently went for the paid membership. And at the end the career I decided to went for is actually… as an independent writer! Keep up the good work!)
