So far more than 10% of the people working at Basecamp have left the company, including senior folks "Hire few people and let them stay for a long time" they wrote in their books, "it’s good for your business" This is an unbelievable train wreck
-
It’s closer to 20% now If I were a Basecamp or a Hey customer, I would be pissed to know that the products I paid (a lot of money) for will now have a much slower updating pace, especially Hey Providing Basecamp is salvageable, it will take months, if not years, to rebuild it
-
But I’m really not sure Basecamp is salvageable

I wonder how a company can still be a working company when a significant share of your senior folks, often here for a long time, are all leaving at the same time I’m sure it’s gonna be answered in their next book but there’s some business and management stuff I don’t get here
