    @mathowie Even if they decide to go on the redemption route, it’s probably too late already I think they still had a tenuous but real opportunity to do it yesterday. But that window closed after the doubling down of today, and especially the severance package offering.

      @mathowie They signaled they prefer to put money and make people who disagree with the policy leave *when they advocated for a low workforce turnover for years* In my opinion, it’s a credible signal, and it will be hard for them to rebuild what they destroyed internally
