@crhayes_@ldormoy@dhh For what I saw, those who disagree are in a deep emotional distress (for understandable reasons) and I am expecting many of them to leave
@crhayes_@ldormoy@dhh And the managerial issue here is not that they leave because they were not good fits in terms of skills and whatnot, but because their boss bullied them by forcing a bunch of egregious policies on them
@crhayes_@ldormoy@dhh People leaving their jobs is common and in itself, not necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes, it’s even the contrary.
But he’s replacing a team of engaged people by a team of yes-sayers – with even less diversity that the shallow amount they had in the past
