@crhayes_ @ldormoy @dhh People leaving their jobs is common and in itself, not necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes, it’s even the contrary. But he’s replacing a team of engaged people by a team of yes-sayers – with even less diversity that the shallow amount they had in the past
