I always struggled with my “logistics”: emails, tasks, events, files, and so on I took the “opportunity” of the pandemic to reorganise this stuff, and it literally took me a year (and it’s not done yet) But damn I’m already enjoying the benefits and it totally worths it!

It’s especially saillant during busy days such as today (or last Friday) I can basically pack my day with stuff to do, do everything I plan (and often more) and still enjoy a nice 1h long walk or an iced coconut decaf mocha with a piece of tarte au citron meringuée

When I started this revamp, my goal was not to create a system to “be productive” for the sake of being productive, but to be *efficient* in my work-related tasks to have plenty of time for my personal life/activities Work-life balance is important. And so far, it delivers!

And if you’re wondering what fancy methodology I use, GTD, or this, or that: I use none I listen to myself, my needs and how I work/want to work, try to use “simple” tools (I use the stock Mac apps for most of my system) and iterate over what works and what does not
