        @lucyferr85 I actually already have an affiliation (in France) and the legal ability to get funding if I apply to grants for instance, but the issue is rather in terms of logistics and long term goals When you’re in academia, a lot of those things are already decided for you (in a sense)…

      @lucyferr85 … but when you’re not (really) anymore, you have a full opportunity to go in complete different routes Should I publish papers? If yes, at which pace? In what kind of journals? Should I work by myself, or collaborate? This sort of things.

    @lucyferr85 And for the long term goals, it’s rather a question of what kind of topics should I work on, do I just want to stay like “active” or do I want to pursue a more ambitious route, and so on
