@humphreys_brad In the meantime, the EU is a political mess, and it’s basically the reason why so few doses are delivered (doses are bought by the EU and then shared between countries based on their population). But I prefer this than a competition among member states for vaccines…Permalink

@humphreys_brad (We saw this kind of competition during the first wave last year, and it was ugly - aka bigger countries were able to get more ventilators or PPEs than smaller, less powerful ones. Having one single vaccination buying plan makes possible to avoid this.)
