    @gallo_edo I don’t disagree with the overall message of the thread that the EU has a more risk averse approach to vaccines But having to wait for a consensus among members is not really related with risk aversion, it’s rather a product of how the EU fundamentally works

      @gallo_edo It’s not even a bureaucratic issue, it’s rather a representation of the political agreement underlying the whole EU project I guess what we saw here is an instance where this political agreement produces a very inefficient outcome
