      It is still too early to be sure of anything of course. But it could be an early sign. Especially in Metz, where the South-African strain is quite prevalent. Less than 5% of the population in Lorraine has been vaccinated though Full data (in French) ➡️ projects.aleryon.science/covid-19/

    *According to the government, 80% is the maximum rate: some people refused, and some can’t receive the vaccine because of other treatments/medical conditions. People in nursing home are ~1% of the population but accounted for 1/3 of the COVID-19 deaths during the 2nd wave
