  1. I just saw a TikTok by a psychologist She was saying that procrastination is not due to poor organization but rather it’s bc doing the thing we procrastinate about is emotionally challenging Her solution was to understand and take care of these emotions. It resonated tbh.

      I know academia is hard but I’m always surprised by how many academics are also hard on themselves Life is already hard, academia is hard, no need to add even more difficulties! (Plus I think understanding our emotions is always a healthy thing to do, regardless of the context)
