@pilarcacheiro @marc_rr In my (limited) experience (so I won’t generalize), when I was in leadership positions I had to be *intentional* to: shut down people who talk too much (and sometimes it was me) and explicitly ask quiet people their opinion in a gentle way (bc I don’t want them to feel pressured)

@pilarcacheiro @marc_rr Also in my experience, quiet people very often are women and/or from underrepresented groups, and you need to understand how this very fact play a (key) role in their quietness. It calls for extra diligence when asking for their opinion.
