      @an_perrin In 2016, Trump was not in the same position polling-wise than he is right now: he has a large negative gap to overcome, somewhat comparable with the one Le Pen had in 2017 It was absolutely not the case in 2016, where the race was much tighter

    @an_perrin The whole point of my argument is that when you are way behind in the polls, going with a very agressive, trollesque style in debates won't help you to overcome your disadvantage
