@FlavienGanter @Christine_Cai27 Indeed! I never witnessed something similar at the universities I attended as a student (Nancy 2, Toulouse 1, Strasbourg) or taught at during my PhD (Strasbourg, Lorraine) even though the overwhelming majority of the students were French.
