@PHuenermund Justice is in part a matter of interpretation I guess when the interpretation divide is made alongside political ideology instead of more "nerdy" juridical concepts, it’s somewhat clearer for the general public where a given judge stand? Just an idea though.

@PHuenermund I’m not defending the US system though. Just trying to understand how it’s so different compared to the French one. (That being said, I would argue the Supreme Court hold way too much power for a non-elected body composed of lifetime appointees.)Permalink
