@notanastronomer Seems like a trade off between confirming somebody today but probably losing the Senate, or having a higher chance to keep the Senate (and thus hamper Biden’s presidency) but with a risk to confirm a liberal justice if the Dems win the Senate (which seems quite likely)Permalink
