@arindube Also, the mask mandate wasn’t decided by law but by a décret (a sort of toned down executive order). For what I understand, the 2010 law allowed for a décret to state exceptions (a law always supersedes a décret in the French legal system). legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000042105897&categorieLien=idPermalink
