I’m not a customer (and there is ZERO chances I will ever be), I don’t have any plan. So how do I uninstall your client from MY Mac?

        @Avaya_Support @Avaya Reuping this to anyone, because Avaya is definitely trying to play the dumb card Your Mac app does not auto install itself in the launch item list because of a "technical issue".
