Call me naive and whatnot but I just realized the most harmful and abusive shit that was done to me (incl. homophobia) as a PhD student/candidate was done by some of the most powerful people in my environment And I'm a white cis man But sure there is no systemic problem here 🤷🏻♂️Permalink
