  1. I’m not sure letting your PhD student release a half-baked (polite version) working paper and largely broadcast it on Twitter because it reinforces your political confirmation bias is good supervision

      Just to be clear: - yes, I am subtweeting somebody (in France) - I already tried to address the situation on my own - but I'm just a PhD student so naming established people here can be damaging for me - senior people contacted me in DM and they helped with the situation

            I just hope the PhD student in question knows what he's doing and that he was informed on *all* the consequences of his acts
