@macguitar @flexibits I did, but received a generic response that was completely unhelpful I also asked @flexibits on Twitter 2 or 3 times about the support of nested Reminders, never got an answer I’m sorry but I won’t continue after my trial expires

@macguitar @flexibits I get you’re overwhelmed with support emails these days, but if you want me to pay 5€/month, you better deliver on the support side So far, I’m sorry you did not

@macguitar @flexibits It’s done The most disappointing thing is that Fantastical could have been a nice app for my needs/in my workflow After my initial reaction I sincerely considered using it. But you didn’t jumped on this occasion. But once again, at this price tag you *have to* deliver…
oh my god twitter doesn’t include alt text from images in their API

@macguitar @flexibits I finally ended up deleting Fantastical everywhere The first version I bought was F1, almost right after you launched But on top of the lack of support, F3 is now a bloated piece of software similarly to @1Password. I guess you’ll go with the same path of adding…

@macguitar @flexibits @1Password … more and more features to justify the crazy price But the problem is that, at the end, even for simpler needs and after using it daily since you launched the v3, F3 feels like a bloated app This is *not* what I’m looking for in a calendar app

@macguitar @flexibits @1Password I used F3 as my go-to calendar app on iOS for literally years, and I loved it But I’m afraid I can’t follow the path you’re taking with F3. I don’t want to live another “1Password situation” ever again. I really tried to use this v3 with an open mind though, but it was too much

@macguitar @flexibits @1Password (If you want to know, I deleted F3 because 1) I’m required to add my iCloud account on the Mac even though F3 can look at my local calendars 2) calendar sets on iOS didn’t recognize calendars on the “added iCloud account” compared to the local iCloud calendar, which is the same
          1. …in reply to @simardcasanova
@macguitar @flexibits @1Password 3) which in turn required me to also add my iCloud account on iOS, and for what I understood events aren’t pushed but fetch every 15 minutes 😕 At that point, it was way too complicated “just” for a calendar app, I already spent too much time trying to figure it out how F3 works

@macguitar @flexibits @1Password With F2, I just had to authorize access to my local calendars (on iOS at least), and that was it. Do what you want with this feedback, including discarding it. Just know that I am saddened to say goodbye to F3. But you guys are on a path I don’t want to go with you.)
