  1. The last chapter of my PhD is a computer simulation where workers can leave a firm when they disagree with one of its policy (broadly defined) I just realized this is the perfect metaphor of me and academia lol

      Plus I think the model can easily be reused to describe what happens with women, URM and LGBTQ researchers in academia
