      Just to give some perspective: I met a couple of persons I knew before, but I didn’t know they were LGBTQ I can definitely say some surprised looks were exchanged, but more in a "oh!" and positive way I don’t know how to describe this feeling but damn, it just felt good

          Another story worth mentioning: I’ve met a fellow grad student from an university close to mine in France We already knew each other but despite living this close, we had to travel thousands of kilometers just to discover we’re both gay
