      @clintballinger Plus "economics is more difficult than physics" » would hold for *every methodology*, not just computer simulations If economics is so difficult, why do we write equation based models then? Run lab experiments? Physicists do the exact same thing!

    @clintballinger A computer simulation is no different from a regular model: they both are simplified version of the reality At least for ABMs, what we lose in terms of solvability is compensated by an ability to handle higher degrees of freedom - aka, allow for non-trivial heterogeneity
