        @clintballinger We are not psychologists, we don’t need to simulate brains We also don’t need to simulate everybody and everything The simulation showed up there do not simulate the whole universe, it simulates *one star* and only *for a couple of seconds*

      @clintballinger Plus "economics is more difficult than physics" » would hold for *every methodology*, not just computer simulations If economics is so difficult, why do we write equation based models then? Run lab experiments? Physicists do the exact same thing!

    @clintballinger A computer simulation is no different from a regular model: they both are simplified version of the reality At least for ABMs, what we lose in terms of solvability is compensated by an ability to handle higher degrees of freedom - aka, allow for non-trivial heterogeneity
