@jenniferdoleac In my experience: - Instagram shows me ads for things I already bought, which is on par with your own observations (I have a strong set of privacy related policies so they can’t necessarily "see" everything about me) - following Netflix recommendation is not that good imo

@jenniferdoleac It feels a bit like the recommendation algorithm feeds itself, and nowadays my recommendation are quite far from my own tastes and expectations. It’s almost disappointing and at the very least, not really useful 😕Permalink
