  1. Writing this PhD is a great lesson about myself I realized dissociating the technical work and the writing does not work for me *For me*, they are deeply intertwined, and trying to do one after the other has severe negative effects on my creativity 1/2

      It is "funny" (?) how sometimes we try to fit our way to work into some representations we assume to be ideal But the more I age, the more I work *my* way regardless of everything that is considered "productive" by others 2/2

        (And in case you wonder, the writing is doing good! I am positively surprised by the numbers of ideas I have amassed over the years, and how much work I put on my research – despite all the negative things I've been told…

          I was afraid to write because I was afraid my lack of talent would be revealed to the world. Now I am more like "I want those ideas to get out there to hear feedback on them". Totally different, and much healthier, perspective!)
