      What they’re trying to do here is to appeal to a certain kind of workers: the motivated agents And basically, motivated agents are ready to work harder and longer for less because they believe they fulfill an important mission

        Usually it’s by providing some kind of public good (education, army, police, justice, and so on), but one can see why some for profit organizations are trying really hard to appeal to these workers
