@dclingi I 100% agree with that In my region we used to have really bad wines (cotes de Toul), but now they turned into some marvelous and severely underrated products – but I’m not complaining, it keeps the prices low and the tourists away!Permalink

@dclingi I especially love an ice wine (vin de glace) they make over there, the grapes are frozen for like a day or two before going into vinification. This is honestly the best wine I’ve ever had in my entire life.
