@SarahJacobsonEc @jtfcrawford @aysps @beta_economics Reblochon is made with crude milk of cows I think. It’s used on a dish called tartiflette, it is basically potatoes with bacon, you put slices of reblochon on top of it and you cook it slowly on a oven The cheese will melt, it’s so good!
